Cary's Premier Barbershop
Cary holds itself to a high standard - your barbershop should too. A 15-minute hop up Capital Blvd gets you 24 chairs, 1,600+ five-star reviews, and a fade worth the trip.
8 miles east on Capital Boulevard
Cary is a town that researches everything before committing - schools, restaurants, contractors. Your barber shouldn't be the exception. The Dominicans Barbershop sits 8 miles east on Capital Boulevard, and a meaningful share of our Saturday chairs are filled by Cary families who made the same calculation you are right now.
Here's the honest comparison: Cary has solid shops - FadePro runs two locations, Billionaire's Barbershop Cary has its regulars, Chicut Barber Studio does clean work. What none of them have is a 24-barber floor trained in the Dominican tradition, a 5.0-star average across 1,600+ Google reviews, and doors open until 9:00 PM every single day of the week.
West Cary, Preston, Lochmere, Kildaire Farm - wherever you are in town, you're about 15 minutes from the shop. And since roughly one in six Cary residents is Hispanic, it helps that every barber on our floor is fully bilingual.
Most Cary shops run 2-6 chairs, close by 6:00 PM, and shut down entirely on Sundays. That works until you need a cut after a long day at the office, or a Sunday cleanup before a Monday meeting, or three kids trimmed in one trip.
We run 24 chairs under Raleigh's first Latino barbershop, est. 2006. Fades, blowouts, beard sculpting, kids cuts - every texture, every day of the week, until 9 PM. That's not a knock on Cary's shops; it's just a different league of capacity and consistency.
From Cary Town Center or Maynard Road, Harrison Ave feeds straight onto Capital Blvd - about 15 minutes door to door. From Kildaire Farm or Lochmere, it's the same 15 minutes via Tryon Road. From West Cary or Preston, budget 18 via NC-54.
Here's the part regulars figured out: a walk-in at a 2-chair Cary shop on a Saturday can mean a 45-minute wait. A walk-in with us means a chair almost immediately - even on our busiest days - because there are 23 more barbers behind the first one.
Cary's crowd skews professional - Cisco, SAS, and Epic Games commuters who want a skin fade ($40+) or gentleman's cut ($35+) that stays sharp for two weeks, plus beard sculpting ($20+) for the ones who wear one.
Weekends bring the families: kids cuts at $25 for the under-12s, teens asking for whatever fade is trending, and dads getting the first hot towel shave ($30+) they've had since their wedding. Everyone walks out in under an hour, together.
